Super Deal Combo Packages

 General Terms

  • Super Deal Packages (“Deals”) are special, limited-time offers available exclusively on the Cut N Shave website or mobile app.
  • Deals must be purchased online and redeemed online during the appointment booking process — not for direct walk-in use.
  • By purchasing or redeeming a Deal, customers agree to all the terms and conditions listed below.

Purchase & Payment

Customers can view all active Super Deals under the “Super Deal” section on the website or app.

Deals must be paid in full through online payment.

 After successful payment, a unique Super Deal Code will be automatically added to the customer’s account.

The code is linked to the registered account and cannot be transferred, resold, or duplicated.

Redemption Process

  • Super Deals can be redeemed only through the online booking system:
    1. Customer logs in and books a service appointment.
    2. At checkout, they select “Redeem Super Deal” instead of paying again.
    3. The system automatically deducts the value of the purchased Deal.
  • Super Deals cannot be redeemed directly in-store without an online booking.
  • If a customer fails to redeem the Deal during booking, regular service charges will be applied.

Validity

  • Each Super Deal comes with a specific validity period, mentioned at the time of purchase (e.g., 30 days from purchase date).
  • After the expiry date, the Deal will automatically deactivate and cannot be extended, refunded, or reused.
  • Customers should ensure they redeem their Deal before the expiry date when booking appointments online.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Once a Deal has been used for an online booking, the booking follows the standard appointment cancellation policy:
    • Cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before the appointment time to retain the Deal value.
    • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or “no-shows,” will result in the Deal being marked as redeemed with no refund.

Refund Policy

  • All Super Deal purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds are only permitted in case of:
    • Duplicate payment, or
    • Technical error (if the Deal is not received).
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the customer’s Original payment account within 3–5 working days.

Usage Restrictions

  • Each Super Deal Code is valid for one-time redemption only.
  • Deals are applicable only for the listed services and cannot be swapped or split across multiple bookings.
  • Multiple Deals cannot be combined in a single booking.

System & Technical Handling

  • In case of payment or code generation failure, customers must contact support immediately with proof of transaction.
  • Any tampering, misuse, or unauthorized sharing of Super Deal Codes will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Booking & Timing

  • Customers must arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
  • A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed after the booked time.
  • If the customer arrives after 10 minutes, the booked slot will be automatically cancelled, and the Super Deal will be marked as redeemed — no refund or credit will be issued.
  • However, the customer may still wait in the walk-in queue to receive the same service later, subject to barber availability.
  • Any additional or extra services requested during the visit must be paid for separately at the shop’s regular price.

Rights & Revisions

  • Cut N Shave reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw any Super Deal without prior notice.
  • Management decisions on all matters related to Super Deals, refunds, or redemption disputes are final and binding.
