Membership Packages

General Terms

• Cut N Shave Membership Packages (“Memberships”) are prepaid service packages available for purchase exclusively through our website or mobile app.
• By purchasing a Membership, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• Memberships are intended for personal use only and are non-transferable
• Cut N Shave reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Membership offer without prior notice.

Purchase & Payment

• All Memberships must be paid in full online at the time of purchase.
• Payments can be made via secure payment gateways (Credit/Debit Card
• All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of verified system or transaction error.
• Upon successful purchase, the Membership details and receipt will be sent via email, and the package will appear in the customer’s account dashboard.

Validity

• Each Membership package has a specific validity period clearly mentioned at the time of purchase (e.g., 1 month, 2 months, 4 months).
• The validity period begins from the date of purchase, not from the first booking.
• After expiry, unused sessions will be automatically forfeited and cannot be extended, refunded, or reactivated.
• Customers are encouraged to use their sessions before the expiry date to maximize benefits.

Redemption & Usage

• Membership services can only be redeemed through the online booking system.
• Customers must log in to their Cut N Shave account and select “Use Membership” when booking an appointment.
• Redemption at the shop without online booking is not permitted.
• Each redemption will automatically deduct one session from the customer’s package balance.
• Services included in the Membership are fixed and cannot be substituted for other services.
• Additional or extra services requested during a visit must be paid for separately at regular prices.

Refund & Transfer Policy

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
• Transfers to another person are not permitted
• In case of verified system or transaction error, refunds (if approved) will be credited to the customer’s Original Payment account within 3–5 working days.

Misuse & Account Security

• Sharing, reselling, or transferring Membership benefits to others is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to misuse or manipulate the system will result in immediate suspension of Membership without refund.
• Cut N Shave reserves the right to permanently deactivate accounts found violating this policy.
