Online Booking Terms & Conditions

General

  • These Terms govern all appointments booked through the Cut N Shave website or mobile app.
  • By confirming an online booking, customers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
  • Cut N Shave reserves the right to amend or update these terms without prior notice.

Booking Process

  • Customers can view available barbers, services, and time slots through the online booking system.
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receiving an online confirmation email.
  • Each booking is specific to the selected service, barber, and time slot.
  • Bookings cannot be transferred or shared with another person.

Payment Policy

  • All online bookings at Cut N Shave must be prepaid at the time of booking.
  • Customers are required to complete payment through available online payment methods (Debit/Credit Card) to confirm their appointment.
  • Unpaid bookings will not be confirmed — time slots are only secured after successful payment.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of:
    • Transaction or system error, or
    • Double payment verified by our team.
  • Payments for Super Deals and regular services are processed through secure payment gateways, and Cut N Shave does not store or access any card or banking details.
  • Once payment is complete, customers will receive a booking confirmation and receipt via email

Add-On & Extra Services

  • Additional services requested during the visit (e.g., facial, massage, etc.) are not included in the original booking.
  • Such services can be added only if time allows, and must be paid separately at the shop.
  • For preplanned add-ons, customers are encouraged to book them together in advance through the app.

Barber Assignment

  • Customers can choose a preferred barber during booking, subject to availability.
  • In case the selected barber is unavailable due to an emergency or leave, another qualified barber will be assigned.
  • Customers will be informed in advance whenever possible.
  • No refunds or discounts apply due to barber reassignment.

No-Show Policy

  • Customers must arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
  • A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed after the scheduled time.
  • If the customer fails to arrive within this 10-minute grace period, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and:
    • The prepaid amount or Super Deal credit will be forfeited (no refund or credit will be issued).
  • Repeated no-shows or late arrivals may result in the temporary suspension of online booking privileges.

Technical & Payment Errors

  • If a booking or payment fails due to a technical error, customers should contact support@cutnshave.com immediately with the transaction details.
  • Verified errors will be corrected, rescheduled, or refunded to your original payment account within 3–5 working days.
  • The management’s decision on such matters is final.

Customer Conduct

  • Customers are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward barbers and staff.
  • Abusive language, harassment, or aggressive behavior will result in booking cancellation and service refusal.
  • Cut N Shave reserves the right to deny future appointments in such cases.

Privacy & Data

  • All personal and booking information is collected securely and used only to manage appointments and provide service updates.
  • Cut N Shave does not sell or share customer data with third parties without consent.

Rights & Revisions

  • Cut N Shave reserves the right to modify booking rules, offers, or time slot policies at any time.
  • Management decisions regarding booking conflicts, refunds, or service issues are final and binding.

Late Show

  • Customers are expected to arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled booking time to ensure smooth service flow..
  • If the customer arrives after the 10-minute grace period, the booking will be considered a no-show:
    • The payment or Super Deal credit will be forfeited (no refund or credit).
    • The customer may still wait in the walk-in queue and receive the service later, subject to availability.
  • Continuous late arrivals may affect future online booking privileges.
